I always think it's funny to read that John Roberts has once again “sided with the liberals”. Not only are both “sides” of American consumer politics liberal, but Jg Roberts is not even comparatively a conservative. He is not an originalist, or a traditionalist; he has regularly voted with the court's Left in favor of progressive social issues and judicial activism; he dissents from Jg Thomas frequently and from the radicals rarely.

He is a liberal. Of course he sided with the liberals. He did it the time before, too, and will do it next time. It is who he is.

Will Trump/GOP fix this? Probably not. Game Over at 250. Choose your faction for CW2.
