New Nullification Crisis

Time to put an end to this rebellion

Over the past few months, we have witnessed the most brazen violation of federal law since the 1960s. This is, of course, states like California, Oregon, and Illinois resisting attempts to deport illegal aliens here illegally, which is illegal.

It has gotten so bad to the point where the little useful idiot foot soldiers of neoliberalism, Antifa, have been allowed to crawl back out of their hiding places where they lay dormant for four years in order to hinder the efforts of federal authorities to conduct their lawful business.

Note that I said they have been allowed to do this. They have been allowed to do this because they operate with the clear endorsement of these governors and mayors who have thus refused to allow state and local police to arrest these freaks. To take a page from the left, your lack of action is an endorsement.

Thankfully, the Trump administration has been trying to put down this unlawful rebellion against legitimate authority. However, our all wise and all-knowing enlightened lower judiciary has seen fit to block the federal government at every turn from sending in reinforcements by ignoring the video evidence and essentially saying that “there is no war in Ba Sing Se.”

Just the other day, President Trump’s administration announced that they were federalizing 300 Oregon National Guardsmen to help restore order and defend federal facilities in Portland. However, a federal judge blocked this deployment.

The administration then responded by federalizing 300 California National Guardsmen to deploy to Portland. Then, the same day at 11ish PM ET, the same judge called an emergency meeting and barred him from doing that too, even going so far as to say that the entry of any National Guard troops from anywhere into Portland is unlawful.

Funny how these robed robbers can call a meeting on short notice in the middle of the night to stop the federal government from enforcing immigration law, but they couldn’t call a meeting in four years to force the Biden administration to enforce immigration law. We all know why that is.

At some point the administration needs to stop treating these rulings as legitimate when the laws on the books say that the chief executive has authority. As soon as she said that we can’t send any form of National Guard into Portland at all, there should have been a reply letter with a single statement on it: “LMAO.”

This is a clear Andrew Jackson moment here. California, Oregon, and Illinois are currently trying to redo the Nullification Crisis. They are essentially saying that the federal government has no authority to enforce immigration law and deport illegal aliens, despite the laws clearly stating that they do.

In fact, they have been engaging in this nullification years before Donald Trump came down the escalator. They set up Sanctuary Cities to protect illegal aliens from ICE by not allowing local resources to cooperate with the agency.

Now, the entire concept of that should sound odd. With their logic, if I were to become Mayor of my city, Tampa, I should be allowed to create a sanctuary city that doesn’t enforce any form of federal weapons ban, or other liberal nonsense. I should be allowed to create a sanctuary from the FBI.

You can bet a billion bucks that should I even attempt to do that; Governor Pritzker would volunteer the entire Illinois National Guard in order to remove me from office and force my sanctuary city to follow federal law.

The above is why we shouldn’t even entertain their woofing on this subject. They would gladly do the same thing to us if the roles were reversed. The only thing to do now is to use state power to ensure that they are never allowed to.

My message to the administration is this: full steam ahead. Do not listen to the cries of those who have already tried to destroy your lives once. We must get this over with now without any delay. The judges are false and are ruling based on an agenda and not legitimate law.

It is time to follow in the footsteps of Jackson, Lincoln, Kennedy, and Eisenhower. History looks favorably upon all of them despite the same howling happening at the time. History will absolve you as well.

These governors, mayors, etc. are all paper tigers who will crumble to more pressure. I doubt that they actually want to see a civil war or secession crisis over something so silly. Push them and they will abandon their little useful idiot foot soldiers on the ground who have done the equivalent of a hundred January 6^th’s.

No, seriously, who but the most lib of libs are going to put their lives on the line for the sake of allowing the entire world access to the American Nation? We saw what happened when one did, and they ended up shooting three illegal aliens that they were trying to save and then turning the gun on himself.

These are not serious people, they are not fighters, and they will cower in the face of actual action despite their tough talk. None of these people will be willing to go to jail for years upon years for something this stupid.

The time for games is over, the time to enforce the law is now. Get out the way or get steamrolled. That is the choice here.
